The Role
At Umbo, accountant is a hybrid role of Accounting and Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). This role will interact with vendors and consultants on regular basis. The work environment is fast paced and tech centric with the goal of building up world-class finance and accounting practice. You’ll acquire high-demand skills in cloud software, process automation and AI.
What You'll Do
Accounting standards and transactional accounting:
- Maintain charts of accounts.
- Review accuracy and legitimacy of recorded transactions.
- Oversee receivables and payables process, including transactions for tax purposes.
- Oversee reconciliation of sub-ledgers and other accounts, including cash and credit card.
- Oversee monthly closing process.
- Oversee assistance provided to human resources on employee reimbursement.

Cash management:

- Monitor key performance indicators and identify significant trends.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in accrual-based accounting, including 1+ year of experience in a SME or large enterprise
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
- Advanced understanding of key concepts (e.g. revenue and expense recognition, deferral and accrual adjustments), and key accounts (e.g. receivables, inventory, property, plant & equipment, payables, accrued liabilities)

The Role
At Umbo Computer Vision, the Software Engineer Team is responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining all customer-facing products, including firmware, web/app applications, database management and cloud infrastructure.

The Role
As a senior member of the AI Team, you will work with fellow AI engineers, as well as other creative engineers. The Role
As an AIoT Engineer, you are responsible for building firmware running in our hardware product line, managing building infrastructure and developing the cloud backend.

The Role
